How is the price calculated?
By weight (or box size for light, bulky items), destination country and speed — express or economy. Share the details on WhatsApp and we will quote right away.
Do you handle customs paperwork?
Yes. We prepare the invoice and declarations with you. Duties or taxes charged by the destination country are paid by the receiver unless agreed otherwise.
Can I send homemade food abroad?
Yes, to most countries, as long as it is dry, sealed and labelled. Some destinations restrict certain items — we will tell you before booking.
Will you pick up from my home?
Yes, we collect from homes and offices. You are also welcome to drop off at our counter.
